4. Can I increase the density of the foam?
Density can be varied by increasing/decreasing the pressure in the mould.
5. Will I need to vent my mould?
We would always recommend small vent holes are a requisite part of the mould. Pe
6. What is the best material to make my mould from?
A GRP mould generally will work best: see our range of polyester resins etc.
7. What release agent do I need?
We would recommend J Wax in either liquid or aerosol, depending on surface coverage required.
8. What are the mix ratios?
Each foam will vary :

9. Can I vary this ratio?
We would not recommend it as the foams properties will be impaired -
